Stability. Environment. Love. Friendship
For Growth, Grace, and the Greater Good

Most afternoons around 2:00, I get the “dropsies.” I’m usually up by 5:30 am, so by then my body starts waving a little white flag. Brain fog. Yawning. Disengaging. All I want is a nap.
Sound familiar?
So what do you do when you’ve got a list of “to-do’s” you want to turn into “ta-da’s”… but you have zero energy to get there?
Here’s my advice: STOP. Be still. Step away from your computer. Listen to your body. What does it need?
Here are some ideas that can fit snuggly into your busy day:
Take a nap — even if it’s just 15 minutes (if you're at the office, maybe nap in your car, if that's available to you)
Take a walk in nature (weather permitting), or anywhere that takes you away
Meditate
Conscious breathing (brings oxygen to the brain) - One simple practice is balanced breathing - Take a deep breath, count your inhale, and match that count on the exhale.
Move your body - for example, stand up and do a few forward folds, twist your body, and do some side stretches.
Healthy Hydration - for example, water flavored with electrolytes (if they're available), plain water, or another drink of choice without chemicals, dyes, or sugars.
When you honor your physical needs first, you come back clearer, stronger, and more focused. And suddenly, those “ta-da’s” get done — with confidence and pride.
Stability starts with self-care. 💫
