About Phyllis, Founder of Rejuvecise
For more than 35 years, I've helped people tell their stories as a television producer, radio host, and media professional. Today, I help people reconnect with themselves. As a yoga teacher, mindfulness educator, and S.E.L.F. Empowerment™ guide, I combine movement, reflection, and practical tools that help people cultivate greater stability, awareness, and inner leadership. My passion is helping people find serenity in motion—not by escaping life, but by learning how to move through it with greater presence, purpose, and possibility.
