Phyllis Smith is a certified Yoga Instructor based in the Dallas, Texas area with over 20 years of experience supporting adults 50+ on their pathways to wellbeing and self-empowerment.
Passionate about nurturing the mind, body, heart, and soul, Phyllis offers personalized and group yoga practices—both in-person and online—along with private and group wellbeing coaching, workshops, and retreats.
She specializes in mindfulness practices and in cultivating a deep connection between all aspects of the S.E.L.F: Stability (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), Environment, Love, and Friendship.
