Phyllis Smith is a certified Yoga Instructor with over 20 years of experience. Passionate about nurturing the mind, body, heart, and soul, Phyllis offers personalized practices, workshops, and retreats emphasizing mindfulness and the deep connection between all aspects of the Self. She enjoys teaching all ages from children to adults, creating a welcoming environment focusing on self-discovery and connection with others. Phyllis is committed to guiding and empowering her students of all ages on their journey to tranquility, joy, and holistic wellness.
