Phyllis takes an adaptive approach to her teachings, so that all levels of experience and mobility are welcomed. The following is Phyllis' current class schedule with class descriptions for both the Sam Johnson Plano Recreation Center (50+) and Move Studio in Far North Dallas. LOCATIONS: Sam Johnson Recreation Center (50+) (IN-PERSON ONLY) 401 W 16th St, Plano, TX 75075 General Registration Link(add the title of the class or Phyllis Smith in the search bar near the top): https://anc.apm.activecommunities.com/planoparksandrec/activity/se Sam Johnson Recreation Center Class Descriptions: >Yoga Balance & Strength - Energizing yoga practice including yoga postures, stretches, and guided meditation. >Yoga Stretch & Restore - Relaxing slow deep stretch combined with breathing practices, and guided meditation. >Rejuvecise: Fun fitness with a twist of Yoga: Develops balance & strength with light weights, movement, fitness balls, and more! Schedule: Mondays: 9:15-10:15 am - Yoga Balance & Strength 6:00-7:00 pm - Rejuvecise Tuesdays: 9:30-10:30 am - Yoga Stretch & Restore Wednesdays: 6:00-7:00 pm - Yoga Stretch & Restore Thursdays: 6:00-7:00 pm - Yoga Balance & Strength __________________________________________________________________ MoveStudio (IN-PERSON & LIVE STREAM OPTIONS AVAILABLE) 18484 Preston Rd #201, Dallas, TX 75252 Class Descriptions: >Functional Yoga & Ball Massage - Relaxing self-massage using different size therapy balls and deep stretches to relax, release, and let go. Designed to improve range of motion, release tight muscles and joints. >Functional Yoga - Mind-body Yoga practice fusing strengthening yoga postures, gentle flow, flexibility, and balance designed to prevent injury and support your daily lifestyle. If you're new, create a free account. 2. Click the date you want to register for a class. 3. Scroll down the page and find the class you desire 4. Click "Book" under either the In-person tab or Livestream (offered live or video access) Note: When you click on "Book" you will be taken to a page where you can choose a membership plan or a single drop-in class.
