The following is Phyllis' current class schedule with class descriptions and registration links. ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS ARE WELCOMED! LOCATIONS: Sam Johnson Recreation Center (50+) (IN-PERSON ONLY) 401 W 16th St, Plano, TX 75075 Class descriptions and registration links for my SJRC Summer Sessions 2025: (Note: make sure you sign up for your preferred day/time!) >Yoga Balance & Strength - Energizing yoga practice including yoga postures, stretches, guided meditation. Designed to improve range of motion, release tight muscles and joints. >Functional Yoga - Mind-body Yoga practice fusing strengthening yoga postures, gentle flow, flexibility, and balance designed to prevent injury and support your daily lifestyle. If you're new, create a free account. 2. Click the date you want to register for a class. 3. Scroll down the page and find the class you desire 4. Click "Book" under either the In-person tab or Livestream (offered live or video access) Note: When you click on "Book" you will be taken to a page where you can choose a membership plan or a single drop-in class.
